You will be prompted for a file name using a standard file dialog tool. Once saved, you will have a text file formatted like this

Here, the first part of the entry is the database field name that the parameters will be loaded into, followed by the = sign, followed by the entries that will be put into that qualifier. Note that the ra is stored in degrees of time and not hours.
Restoring qualifiers is as simple, load a form and click Load Qualifiers. The qualifiers will be loaded into the appropriate qualifiers, if the exist on this form. Thus, you can use a single saved set of parameters to drive several forms. However, if you load qualifiers into a form that does not have that database field name in its list you will be told:
